I remember reading once that when it comes to mental health the term “glimmer” is used to refer to the opposite of a trigger. Glimmers are small positive moments that spark joy, peace, and safety such as a hug from a loved one, hearing your favourite song, taking a walk, seeing a sunrise, or random acts of kindness for example.
