Through the Window

Quiet joy is found in ordinary moments – a glimpse through a window of a beautiful Goldfinch perched on an antique vase. This bird is often seen as a symbol of hope – a small messenger inviting the viewer to pause – as one might when catching a fleeting sight of a small moment which takes our breath away.
