The Mossie, or Sparrow is a symbol of resilience and strength. The Dandelion, like the Sparrow, is a resilient force, appearing delicate but can thrive almost anywhere. The vase, repaired with gold in the Japanese tradition of Kintsugi, is the third element of this painting representing resilience and strength, despite the appearance of fragility.
