RESTING

We all need a quiet time, to rest, to repair and to rejuvenate. I felt a sense of all of that while quietly working on this piece. Letting some of the image – and life, fade into the background and some come into focus. This Monoprint is of seed heads on paper, hand modified with graphite pencil and coloured pencil, using the cool colours of winter.
